Requirements of Real Estate Agent: A Florida real estate license. Coldwell Banker Premier Properties real estate agent training. Must be 18.

Responsibilities of Real Estate Agent: Prospect for new business daily. Attend in office coaching, training, and sales meetings. Real Estate agents must be willing to work flexible hours.
